1. Gender : Woman ( ONLY WOMEN )
2. Age range between 18 to 40
3. BMI between 18-30
4. Knows how to read write either in Hindi/Marathi/English/numbers
5. Has a personal smartphone and knows how to use it
6. Is fine with sitting down and mopping
7. Doesn't have a problem in cleaning WC toilet
8. Is okay to work in different houses and sometimes in houses with pets
+. Is okay to wear Snabbit T shirts (uniform mandatory)
10. Clears our background verification
WORK DESCRIPTION:
1. Housekeeping service such as Cleaning, utensil cleaning, mopping, dusting, washing clothes,
ironing, almirah setting, bed making, WC cleaning and chopping
2. Non house keeping services
3. The Experts will be stationed in their respective hot spots and will be going to different houses to
complete jobs
4. Shift timings - 5 to12 hours. Shifts start time : 7 am and 8 am
JOINING DAY-
Mon , WED , Friday ( Of every week)
KPI -
3Days Training+ 7 Days OJT ( Must for Billable Sourcing Count)
This approx salary includes
- Leave Bonus : The expert only take 4 leaves in a month that too only on Tues, Wed, Thu or Friday
- Early Login Bonus : 20 rs daily bonus for experts arriving at their hotspots 15 minute before their shift start time
Training
- All experts meeting recruitment criteria will be undergoing a 3 day paid training at our training centre in Vikhroli
- All experts will be allocated their respective hot spots and will go live on the 4th day after passing the 3 day training
- All experts will get 1000/- training stipend on the 7th day since go-live
- New Batches start every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
