As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our guest rooms and public areas. Your exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience will contribute to the success of our hotel.
Responsibilities:
1. Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they are neat, well-stocked, and inviting for guests.
2. Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including making beds, replenishing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture.
3. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, restock toiletries, and ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
4. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay.
5. Ensure public areas, such as lobbies, corridors, and elevators, are clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
6. Replenish supplies in guest rooms and public areas, such as towels, toiletries, and amenities.
7. Handle guest laundry requests efficiently and maintain a clean laundry area.
8. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for timely resolution.

10. Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to provide exceptional service and uphold the hotel's standards.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel or upscale environment.
2. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and order.
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
7. Knowledge of proper handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
8. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
