Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Hamsa Manali / Hamsa Resorts / Hamsa Villas / Hamsa Residences located in Manali. As a Housekeeping GSA, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms and public areas. Your tasks will include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming floors. You will also assist guests with their inquiries and requests to ensure a pleasant stay.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and a positive attitude
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
