We have an exciting opportunity available for a Housekeeper to join our Argyll team working part time on a Monday and Friday, 16 hours per week. Shifts will be +am to 5pm with a paid 30 minute break. In return we will offer you an hourly pay rate of £11.44 per hour (increasing to £12 per hour if the location meets the monthly targets), a place to develop your skills and the chance to work in some of the UK's most stunning forest environments.
The Housekeeper Role:
Open all year round, as a Housekeeper you will work in small teams cleaning a number of cabins per shift. Passionate about the little details, you're the kind of person who gets how important cleanliness is. It's what makes our guests return time and time again. You like to keep things spotless and are happy to work with our brand standards making sure every guest experience that Forest Feeling when they arrive at their cabin.
+ You will need to have your own reliable transportation to and from the location to ensure you can consistently arrive on time.
As our Housekeeper we can offer you:
+ Monthly 5% NPS bonus (paid quarterly) if location achieves customer service targets.
+ Save on cabin breaks - pre-book a break with up to 20% off or travel last minute for just £75 a cabin. You also get a friends and family discount giving them 15% off all breaks.
Our ideal Housekeeper:
We are looking for dynamic individuals who work with energy and enthusiasm to deliver on our exceptional brand standards. The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and work to set timescales is essential. Our housekeeping team show attention to detail and are great team players. You will have some previous experience in a similar role and are happy working in an outdoor setting.
+ 16 - 17 year olds paid at £6.40 p/hr (increasing to £6.72 p/hr if targets met)
+ 17 - 18 year olds paid at £8.60 p/hr (increasing to £+.03 p/hr if targets met)
