Housekeeping Cleaner
Housekeeper (Casual)
Ross Home, Dunedin
We are looking for casual housekeepers for our busy Enliven care home in Dunedin.
The Role
Housekeepers in Enliven homes don't only dust, clean and mop floors, they play a vital role in the smooth running of a care home and providing a clean and healthy environment for our residents, staff, volunteers and visitors. This work involves a range of housekeeping and cleaning activities throughout the facility, including cleaning of resident bedrooms, showers and toilets. A full orientation will be given.
Hours: This is a casual position. We are looking for someone who can work on if and when required basis. Our Housekeeping operating hours are 8.30 am to 2.30 pm seven days a week.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Able to work unsupervised
Honest and reliable
Good work ethic
Able to apply common sense and use your initiative
Good communication skills
Have time management skills and able to respond changing circumstances
Enjoy working with a busy team supporting older people.
