Job Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the health, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the building. Their duties include keeping the building in clean and orderly condition, mixing cleaning solutions and chemicals, and managing inventory of cleaning supplies.
This position requires a proactive individual with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. The ideal candidate will be detail-orientated and strive for excellence in all they do.
Primary Responsibilities
Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition.
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors.
Shampoos or steam-cleans carpets and rugs.
Cleans windows, mirrors, and partitions.
Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture.
Gathers and empties trash.
Performs heavy cleaning duties.
Performs laundry duties.
Assisting with event set ups periodically.
Requirements
Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Capable of performing physical work.
Able to perform basic tasks with cleaning equipment.
A commitment to safety protocols and procedures within the facility.
