Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitizing:
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping, to maintain cleanliness throughout the office premises.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, ensuring they meet hygiene standards.
Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and elevator buttons regularly to prevent the spread of germs.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed, disposing of waste in accordance with established procedures.
Maintenance and Organization:
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other consumables to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards, such as leaks, faulty equipment, or broken fixtures, to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
Arrange and organize furniture, equipment, and supplies in designated areas to maintain a tidy and clutter-free workspace.
Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms, conference areas, and event spaces as required.
Specialized Cleaning Tasks:
Clean and polish glass surfaces, windows, and doors to maintain a clear and professional appearance.
Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery periodically to remove stains and odors, following established cleaning protocols.
Deep clean kitchen and pantry areas, including appliances, countertops, and sinks, to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including those related to cleaning protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Follow proper chemical handling and disposal procedures, ensuring that cleaning agents are used safely and responsibly.
Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated on best practices for facility maintenance and workplace safety.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly and courteously to requests and feedback from office occupants, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional manner.
Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor when interacting with employees, visitors, and vendors, representing the company in a favorable light.
Foster a welcoming and hospitable environment by anticipating and fulfilling the needs of office occupants to the best of your ability.
