Job Overview

Duties
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as needed.
Assist with cooking and meal preparation when required, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns or issues.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
Experience in a hotel setting is an advantage but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Cooking skills are desirable to assist with meal preparation as needed.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
