Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, including our pub and restaurant and on occassion in the hotel. This role requires a strong commitment to detail as well as high standards. You will also need the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The hours for this role are 930am-12noon 6 days out of 7
Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy to meet health and safety standards.
Handle waste disposal in accordance with company policies.
Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
Respond promptly to customer requests and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Skills
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
