• Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Housekeeping Staff to join our team and maintain a clean and orderly environment for our clients/guests/residents. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to upholding a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Responsibilities:
• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Ensure all rooms and common areas are kept clean and well-maintained.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and other amenities.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning routines.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the supervisor.
• Follow established safety and sanitation procedures.
RequirementsRequirements:
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning activities.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within allotted timeframes.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Cleanliness Maintenance: Ensure all designated areas are impeccably clean, sanitized, and well-presented at all times.
• Efficient Task Execution: Complete assigned cleaning tasks promptly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and amenities as needed to avoid shortages.
• Laundry Management: Handle laundry duties accurately, ensuring proper washing, drying, and folding of clothes and linens.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with other housekeeping staff to coordinate cleaning schedules and address specific cleaning needs.
• Reporting: Promptly report maintenance issues, damages, and repair needs to the supervisor for quick resolution.
• Guest/Client Satisfaction: Contribute to creating a positive experience for guests/clients/residents by maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
