Housekeeping Ambassadors
The Kettle Valley Beach Resort and Okanagan Lakefront Resort, managed by the same team, are located at +50 & +70 Lakeshore Drive in Penticton respectively, and we are hiring housekeeping ambassadors to join our team. Only applicants currently located in Penticton (Summerland, Peachland, West Kelowna, Naramata, Okanagan Falls, Kaleden, Oliver and Osoyoos) will be considered.

Who are our Ambassadors?
They are committed to creating and maintaining sparkling clean and inviting guest rooms, and common areas that scream “Welcome! We’re happy you are here!”
They love interacting with our guests and ensuring that they receive rapid and professional responses to their inquiries and requests.
They are flexible, have a fun, positive, and a “can do” attitude.
Responsibilities include:
Seek out and destroy all dirt and dust from all areas of the guest rooms including kitchens, balconies, and bathrooms, leaving it sanitized and sparkling.
Make beds, reset rooms, and replenish supplies as appropriate.
Maintain a high level of guest service and ensure rapid and professional response to all guest requests.
Ability to work independently or in teams as required.
Participating in deep cleaning of hotel guest rooms.
Assisting with cleaning of other hotel common areas as required.
Retention bonus (conditions apply)
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Previous professional cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience is an asset, but we will provide training for all our team members.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent observational skills.
Commitment to safe work practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and enthusiastic manner, great sense of cooperation and teamwork.
Good interpersonal skills.
Expected start date: 2026-06-0+
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 20 weeks
Pay: $1+.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
