Job Summary: We are looking for a Housekeeping and Office Boy who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our office premises and providing administrative support to the staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping and office support tasks and must be able to multitask and work efficiently.
Looking the candidate who stays in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai or near to Koparkhairane.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cleaning and maintaining the office premises, including washrooms, lobby, and common areas.
• Keeping inventory of office supplies and ordering them when necessary.
• Serving tea/coffee and water to the staff and visitors.
• Running errands such as banking, post office, and other outside tasks as needed.
• Assisting in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
• Supporting the office staff in any other tasks as required.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in housekeeping and office support tasks preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
