Position: Cleaner/Housekeeper
Job Description:
As a Cleaner/Housekeeper, your primary responsibility is to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas, maintaining a safe and pleasant environment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Additionally, you will be responsible for disposing of trash and restocking supplies as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Clean designated areas thoroughly by following established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
• Sweep and mop floors, ensuring they are free from dust, dirt, and debris.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies.
• Dispose of trash and waste materials in designated containers.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Follow proper safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
Qualifications:
• No prior experience required. Fresher candidates are welcome.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work a fixed shift schedule.
