Job Description
The Fort William Henry Hotel and Conference Center is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Housekeeping Department.
Salary: $20 - $22 per hour, higher wage with proven experience, plus incentive program based on performance.
The Housekeeper Assistant Manager is part of a management team that is responsible for all facets of the housekeeping department, including:
Supervision of all housekeeping employees
Housekeeping operation, daily reports and inventories.
Scheduling employees and planning & assigning work tasks
Trains new employees and instruct property policies and procedures
Inspects work assignments and performances regularly
Requisitions supplies
Ensures each housekeeper has the proper cleaning supplies and tools on their cart before daily work assignments
