We are looking for passionate and caring Housekeeping Assistants to provide Catering, Laundry & Cleaning services to make a difference in our Aged Care clients' lives in a home-like environment.
Var ious roles are a vailable across the Sydney Metropolitan area including Eastern Suburbs, Inner West , Western Suburbs and the North Shore .
About The Role
Providing resident meal service including assisting with meal preparation, providing a quality dining service and assisting residents as required
Supporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit
Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you’ll need
A heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – desirable but not essential
Good understanding of cleaning & food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
Able to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
NDIS and Police check clearance or willing to obtain
