Job description
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities as needed.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures and surfaces.
- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and other room elements.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to report any maintenance issues in guest rooms.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or amenities.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to housekeeping duties.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
• Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
