Role Description
The Housekeeping Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable and in good repair. This includes making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms. The Housekeeping Associate will also ensure that hotel standards and policies are followed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related fields.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and tools
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor cleaners
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues
• Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor
• Must be able to work in shifts
