The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Lead Generation / Cold Calling
- Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince and sell the company's products and services
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders and process customer purchases
- Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance
- Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow-up to ensure action has been taken
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1-3 year experience ideally as a Transport & Logistics within Transport & Logistics.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering China, India, Rest of Asia...
