About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeping Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and according to daily schedules
Report maintenance issues, lost property, or safety concerns promptly to the relevant department
Replenish amenities, linen, and guest supplies as required
Follow safe work procedures, chemical handling guidelines, and WHS policies at all times
Assist in maintaining housekeeping supplies, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and organised manner
Provide friendly and courteous service to guests when encountered during daily duties.
About You:
Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or similar roles in hospitality is desirable
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays as required.
