We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant / Aide to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant / Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our facility. Your primary duties will include cleaning and sanitizing all areas, restocking supplies, and assisting with laundry services. Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize all assigned areas, including but not limited to guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. - Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring all surfaces are free from dirt, debris, and stains. - Empty trash and replace liners, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials. - Restock supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and linens, in guest rooms and common areas. - Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and towels. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff. - Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests, responding to their requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. - Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and privacy. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
