Job Description
Ensure guest rooms, corridors, and storage areas are clean and well-maintained, with supplies replenished as needed.
Report lost property and handle guest laundry according to hotel policy, maintaining our standards of service.
Keep equipment clean and in good condition, reporting any issues and assisting with stocktaking.
Maintain security of keys and guest rooms, staying observant and reporting any suspicious activity.
Follow health and safety regulations for the proper use and storage of cleaning agents to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
You will be:
Highly adaptable, with the ability to effectively embrace and respond to change
Exceptional with time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Equipped with strong interpersonal communication skills, fostering positive relationships with team members and guests at all levels.
Possessing a comprehensive understanding of housekeeping procedure
Passionate for and focused on delivering excellence in hotel operation
