• ensure and controlling the specified housekeeping quality standards
• perform cleaning duties in the public areas and rooms
• fulfill guest requests for additional in-room amenities in cooperation with the hosts
• take on additional cleaning tasks after consultation with the Housekeeping Operations Manager/Housekeeping Supervisor
• support other departments in the hotel as needed

• willing to work in the early shift
• a great affinitiy for cleanliness and order as well as an eye for detail
• confident, have a zest for life as well as sense of humor
• the ability to respond smartly to different guests and wishes and enjoy to deal with international, demanding guests
• Basic knowledge of English
