AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Createsguest satisfaction and exceeds expectations by providing the service brandbehavior and genuine hospitality.
§ Per brandstandards, cleans assigned guest rooms or suites which includes making beds,vacuuming, dusting, arranging room furniture if required, and cleaning bathroom
§ Empty alltrash containers and replace with fresh liners
§ Restockuseable items in guest rooms or suites, , soap, towels, paper items
§ Ensureremoval and appropriate disposition of guest room trays, dinner, glass andsilverware
§ Clean andvacuum exterior entry and hallways
§ Keep linenclosets and supply areas clean and organized
§ Ensure guestlaundry and dry-cleaning orders are attended to promptly
§ Notifiessupervisor promptly of any special guestroom or suite issues includingreporting of any maintenance needs
§ Promptlyhandles guest complaints or requests and refers to supervisor if unable tohandle
§ Ensures thatall rooms or suites are secured upon leaving the guest room or suite
Creates 100%guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can experience through performancethat demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guestexpectations
§ Givespersonal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork whenproviding guest service and experience
§ Listens,apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolvingguest problems
§ Provides YesI Can genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis
§ Assumes theresponsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their bestjudgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS
§ Idealcandidate will have a minimum of one-year hospitality experience inhousekeeping
§ Strongverbal and interpersonal skills
§ Works wellindependently or as part of a team
