Job Description
Ø Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.
Ø Makes the bed.
Ø Dusts the room and furniture.
Ø Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.
Ø Cleans the bathroom.
Ø Cleans the closet.
Ø Vacuums the floor and the carpet.
Ø Checks and secures the rooms.
Ø Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
Ø Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
Ø Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required
Ø Cleans guest bathroom/bed room/floor corridor.
Ø Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water and minibar.
Ø Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his/her work area.
Ø Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area.
Ø Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him/her.
Ø Authorise to enter in guestrooms for cleaning and providing turndown services as per requirement.
Ø Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.
Ø Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of public area.
Ø Any other tasks assigned by manager
