Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms Makes bed. Cleans the closet. Dusts the room and furniture. Vacuum rooms and corridors Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies. Checks and secures the rooms. Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water. Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis Be environmentally aware Dispose of waste accordingly Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation Carry out lost property procedures Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area. Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him. Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score. Receive work assignment, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log book accurately Keep fire exits and stair ways clear of any obstruction Check and report any maintenance work required immediately Pick up any litter from corridors and pathways Remove Room Service tray and trolley from guestroom and corridors Clean all pictures and mirrors.
