About the Role
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering and maintaining high standard of cleanliness and providing our guests with a welcoming environment. You’ll be responsible for servicing and thoroughly cleaning hotel rooms to our established standards, ensuring every space is immaculate, welcoming, and ready for our guests. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and healthy atmosphere, you’ll help create memorable stays for our guests.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a cleaner or housekeeper within a hotel or similar environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Familiarity with hotel cleaning procedures and operational policies.
Understanding of workplace health and safety (WH&S) practices and hazard reporting.
Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within allocated timeframes.
Strong communication skills, with a professional approach to guest interactions.
