About the Role
As a Housekeeping Coordinator you will work closely with your Housekeeping Manager and Hotel Manager to assist with the administration and coordination of all Housekeeping Services. You will work in a professional environment which includes a clear career progression pathway as well as the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced leaders.
Your key responsibilities
Daily allocations of rooms and duties.
Coordinate training of staff.
Coordination of workforce to meet daily deadlines.
Maintaining inventory and conducting stock checks.
Attend to guest enquiries, requests and complaints.
To be successful in this role you will
Thorough understanding of housekeeping principles and best practice housekeeping methodologies.
Have full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
Be immaculately presented.
Focused and passionate about guest service.
Well organized, with attention to detail.
Team oriented and able to work under pressure.
Have a pleasant and outgoing personality.
