Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our academic team as a Housekeeping cum Front Office Faculty. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge and practical experience in both the housekeeping and front office departments. This role involves delivering theoretical and practical training to students, evaluating performance, and ensuring they are industry-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures and hands-on training in Housekeeping Operations and Front Office Management
Design and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools in alignment with curriculum guidelines
Train students in industry-standard practices including:
Guest handling, reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and concierge services
Cleaning techniques, room preparation, laundry operations, inventory management, and hygiene standards
Conduct classroom and practical lab sessions with discipline and engagement
Monitor student progress, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback
Organize practical demonstrations and mock scenarios to simulate real-time hospitality challenges
Coordinate with the academic team for timetables, guest lectures, and industry visits
Assist in grooming students for internships and job placements through mock interviews and skill-building
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the practical training areas
Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to institutional policies at all times
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Studies
Minimum 3–5 years of industry experience in Housekeeping and/or Front Office operations
Prior teaching or training experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor students and prepare them for industry expectations
Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
