2. Preparation & Implementation of Desired Checklists in Consultation with Operations Manager & Management
3. Adhering to Resolution TAT for maintenance Issues / Snag Points
4. Ensuring proper Inventory Taking and managing of HK Linen, Chemicals, Supplies and other Stock
5. Ensuring Proper support in Audits by the Audit Team and quick resolution of Audit Points
6. Preparation of Training Calendar and ensuring proper trainings
7. Ensuring proper logging of the maintenance works & Internet Issues
8. Preparation of MIS Reports

10. Property Rounds
11. Guest Interaction
12. Responsible for all aspects of housekeeping including but not limited to maintaining cleaning standards, maintaining grooming standards, ensuring requisite documentation, ensuring availability of appropriate stocks, ensuring compliance to all SOPs.
13. Building an effective Housekeeping Team
14. Adhering to Housekeeping budgets
