Key Responsibilities:
• Cleaning & Sanitization:
• Clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant and bar, including floors, tables, chairs, countertops, and restrooms.
• Ensure all high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, menus, etc.) are regularly sanitized.
• Waste Management:
• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the restaurant and bar.
• Properly dispose of waste and ensure the garbage area is kept tidy and organized.
• Floor Care:
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly, ensuring all spaces are free from debris.
• Maintain clean and polished floors, especially in high-traffic areas.
• Restroom Maintenance:
• Keep restrooms stocked with necessary supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.).
