Job Description
Greet and check guests in and out promptly and courteously.
Handle guest reservations, payments, and cancellations using motel software.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries efficiently.
Address guest concerns or maintenance requests, escalating when needed.
Maintain records of room availability, invoices, and guest accounts.
Assist with daily reports, deposits, and basic administrative tasks.
Housekeeping Duties
Clean and prepare guest rooms to motel standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobby, hallways, and laundry area.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
Ensure an inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities is maintained.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Ability to handle multiple locations/properties
