Full job description
GSA is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas. The role ensures that guests experience a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment during their stay. The GSA works closely with the housekeeping team to meet hotel standards and exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
Replace bed linens, towels, and amenities.
Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
Replenish room supplies (e.g., drinking glasses, toiletries).
Report any maintenance issues, room damage, or safety hazards.
Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and stored properly.
Assist with deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas (hallways, elevators, lobbies).
Respond promptly and politely to guest requests or complaints.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
Participate in daily briefings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus.
Basic understanding of housekeeping standards and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift/carry moderate weights.
Attention to detail and time management skills.
Polite, professional, and guest-service oriented attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
