Full job description
The Housekeeping GSA is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in federal buildings and facilities. This includes routine and detailed cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, and other assigned areas to ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors in designated areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners and dispose of waste properly.
Dust furniture, ledges, and vents; clean windows and glass surfaces.
Restock restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks).
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
Lock and unlock doors and secure the building when needed.
Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in an orderly manner.
Follow specific cleaning schedules and checklists as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
