About Company:
Homesurf Private Limited is an independently established online service-providing organization evolving from the auspices of Goa. Homesurf is currently working on exclusive home improvements which help the residents in their day-to-day life with basic needs of handyman services such as cleaning, repair & maintenance of air conditions, electrical, plumbing, home appliances, carpentry, masonry, fabrication, painting or turnkey solutions of the refurbishment of units in Goa.
We are also into facilities management, where we can provide your organization FMs remit which covers a range of areas such as housekeeping services (AMC), security services (AMC), MEP - elevator, air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing services (AMC), carpentry & painting service, landscape maintenance services (AMC), indoor plants maintenance (AMC), firefighting maintenance (AMC), pest control (AMC), and waste management (AMC).
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
2. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
3. Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
4. Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
5. Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
6. Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate
7. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between +th Nov'22 and 14th Dec'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Panjim
5. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR 10,000 /month + Incentives
