Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager located in Agra. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations, including managing staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, and maintaining inventory. Responsibilities include supervising laundry services, addressing guest needs with top-notch customer service, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Knowledge of Laundry management and processes
• Strong Customer Service skills and effective Communication abilities
• Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
