We are looking to hire Housekeeping Manager at Max Healthcare, Saket.
Job Objective: To deliver set standards of cleanliness and upkeep, In-charge for Linen and Laundry and to ensure compliance to set/ defined Housekeeping Standards and provide hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· To keep the motivational standards of team high at all times.
· To plan & monitor deployment of GDA’s & Housekeeping staff.
· To ensure quality standards of cleanliness of entire premises.
· To ensure grooming & hygiene standards of all staff.
· To indent and ensure availability of linen, uniforms, stationary and other non medical supplies.
· To maintain inventory of linen, uniforms, other supplies and discards.
· To ensure adherence to linen / uniform specifications.
· To observe all rules and procedures in respect of Hygiene, Health and Safety and Fire Prevention.
· To responsible for: Customer amenities, Interior decoration, Laundry / Linen, Pest control and Waste Management.Graduate in Hotel Management / Equivalent
Experience
· 8-12 years’ experience in healthcare Industry
Technical Skills
· Planning / Organizing
· Leading by Example
· Problem Solving & Decision Making
· Ability to handle multiple priorities
· High Professional ethics and standards
· Ability to train and monitor workforce
Language Skills
· English
· Hindi
