• Ensuring that quality of Hotel is alway maintained in a world class level of Excellance.
• Maintain a high level of Guest Engagement.
• Mainintaining a high level of engagment with Staff, Manages the staff of the Housekeeping Department.
• Interviews and trains the staff to maintain Taj Standards.
• Assures the financial goals of the department are being met Job Requirements
• Excellent communication skill to interact with the guest.
• Pleasing personality and keenness to offer guests warm, impeccable service.
• Knowledge of various chemicals and cleaning equipments
• Inventory management & Budgeting
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of textiles, fabrics and interior design
• Knowledge of floriculture, horticulture and landscaping
