Job Description
The incumbent of this role would be responsible to ensure that his / her portfolio of Treebo Hotels are compliant to the Treebo standards.
The incumbent is expected to:
● Conduct thorough audits of the portfolio to bring to surface any issues that
could hamper the guest experience and find any non-compliances to the
Treebo brand standards
● Resolve the issues and non-compliances found immediately by involving
the hotel staff
● Train, coach and mentor the hotel staff for his / her portfolio and ensure
that they succeed in the training assessments, and are meaningfully
engaged by the Treebo initiatives
● Be responsible for the pre-opening of upcoming Treebo hotels. Ensure that
the hotel launches are in 100% compliance with the Treebo standards
You would be a great fit if you bring :
- At least 4-5 yrs of experience working with a 5-star hotel chain as a Team Lead; in the Housekeeping department
- Exceptional training skills - ability to train the frontline staff, understand their challenges and keep them motivated
- An eye for detail - knack to spot errors, preempt any escalations and come up with a proactive resolution.
- Gold standard value system - someone who can uphold the highest degree of ethics and values
