Job description
We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive for a Series A funded Women's Wellness Brand.
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Answer incoming calls and emails, and handle inquiries or redirect as necessary.
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
Process patient payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Provide general information about clinic services, policies, and procedures to patients and visitors.
Handle confidential patient information with utmost discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
Any Graduate. Languages: English, Hindi and local languages
Strong Soft skills and a pleasant personality.
Freshers from Hospitality Institutes like Frank Finn or Hotel Management
OR
1+ Years of experience in Hotels / Restaurants / Spas. Must have customer facing experience.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
• Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
• Address any issues related to cleanliness or maintenance promptly.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; order as needed.
• Optimize cleaning schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through quality service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Promote a safe working environment for all housekeeping staff.
• Assist in developing and managing the housekeeping budget.
• Monitor labor costs and productivity to maintain budgetary goals.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to ensure seamless operations.
• Attend departmental meetings and provide input on improving hotel services.
