Job Description
Sedgwick Scott Group is
looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team at the
prestigious Cark Manor. This is a hands-on role, ensuring that all areas of the
manor are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. You will manage a
team of housekeepers, handle housekeeping supplies, and act as the emergency
contact for guests. Additionally, you will ensure all areas comply with Health
& Safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform
housekeeping duties across the manor
- Maintain excellent
presentation of all public and guest areas
- Build and manage
relationships with local suppliers
- Ensure Health &
Safety compliance and risk assessments
- Oversee and deliver
the housekeeping operations at Aynsome Manor when required
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in
housekeeping management, ideally within a luxury , 4-star plus environment
- Strong leadership
skills with the ability to train and develop staff
- Guest-focused,
ensuring consistent attention to detail and high standards
- Commercially aware
with experience managing budgets and supplies
- Highly motivated with
excellent interpersonal skills
