• Monitoring all aspects of housekeeping operations.
• Responsibility for close monitoring and guiding subordinates.
• Handling issues on a day-to-day basis.
• Taking feedback from user departments, resolving issues, and informing the same to HOD.
• Coordinating with other departments.
• Actively participating in training and development programs.
• Conducting training and building competency among team members.
• Ensure NABH / NABL hygiene standards are stringently implemented and adhered to in all areas of the unit.
• Conduct regular hygiene audits to ensure adherence to hospital hygiene standards.
