The successful candidate will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, fostering a comfortable atmosphere for our guests. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. • Supervise and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices and procedures. • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards. • Develop and manage housekeeping budgets, forecasting staffing and supply needs. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction. • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. • Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and equipment. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment. • Good communication skills in English.
