Ensuring that the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, maintenance and safety are practiced in all departments of
he hotels.
To ensure compliance of Treebo's Standard Operating Procedures at multiple partner
properties.
Performing daily quality audits and quality assurance exercises a

Identifying, analysing issues, developing and implementing solutions to
solve them.

Liaison between the company and hotel partners for all support/communications f
om both parties.
Take corrective and preventive action measures to ensure issues are not repea
ed at properties.
Co-ordination/follow-up with Hotel partners for support with timel
ssue resolution

Interacting and conducting follow-up with staffs to ensure consistent high quality standards
cross all properties.
Motivate and develop staff to ensure excellence in quality, servic
nd promote teamwork.

Manage guest service recovery activities by resolving issues immediately and efficiently to ensure co
plete guest satisfaction.
To ensure quality guest service by imparting skill based operational training and adherence of s
