''' Duties: - Clean and tidy designated areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and hallways - Change bed linens and towels, and replenish amenities as needed - Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors - Dust and polish furniture and fixtures - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department - Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products - Attention to detail and the ability to work independently - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently - Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members Skills: - Hotel: Experience working in a hotel setting or familiarity with hotel operations is beneficial for understanding the specific needs of guests and maintaining high cleanliness standards. - Hospitality: A customer service-oriented mindset is essential in providing a positive experience for guests. Being friendly, approachable, and attentive to their needs contributes to overall guest satisfaction.
