Job Description
The Environmental Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' homes and common areas at Horizon House. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train housekeeping and janitorial staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate work orders and schedules to meet the needs of residents and staff.
Collaborate with the Event Coordinator to plan and execute successful events.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Support Assisted Living areas during government surveys and inspections.
Requirements:
• One year minimum of supervisory or management experience in a related field.
