To support the team and consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness, product presentation and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas to create a warm, friendly, and comfortable environment for hotel guests.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talent.

You will work with brilliant talent across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What do we need from you?
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
• Proficient level of English essential and Excellent communication skills
• To be initiative-taking, Cheerful outlook and committed to delivering important levels of customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure, Be able to pay attention to details and have the Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Willingness to be flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role and Willingness to undertake training.
