Job Description
This person would be responsible for regular common area cleaning across multiple apartment buildings in Moncton, Riverview, Dieppe and Shediac. As well as occasional apartment move out cleans.
This will start as a part time position, with a guarantee of 26 hours per week and the possibility of increased hours will be available as the company grows.
Fair wage, flexible hours (Monday to Friday but can work with school and spouse work schedules) and mileage compensation for personal vehicle use.
All cleaning equipment and supplies will be provided. Individual must be bondable and have their own vehicle.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize lobbies, common rooms, gyms, bathrooms
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes
Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude when interacting with tenants
Requirements
Experience in housekeeping
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Excellent organizational skills and reliability
Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain confidentiality of tenant information
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; punctuality is essential
