We are currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Room Attendant / Receptionist to join our team in Surfers Paradise.
This is a dual-role position offering excellent career development opportunities within the hospitality and property management industry.
Role Overview
5 days per week primarily focused on housekeeping duties
Cleaning guest rooms and apartments to a high standard
Inspecting all cleaned rooms to ensure housekeeping standards are met before guest arrival
Reporting maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly
When housekeeping duties are completed, the role will also include:
Reception / Front Desk duties
Assisting guests with check-in, enquiries, and day-to-day operations
Handling emails, phone calls, and basic administration tasks
About You
Previous housekeeping experience is essential
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills preferred
Hospitality or reception experience is an advantage
