Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and assist with their queries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Change bed linens and make beds to the highest standard of comfort and aesthetics.
• Replace used towels and replenish bathroom amenities, including shampoo and soap.
• Maintain cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors.
• Ensure carpets are spotless through regular vacuuming.
• Dust and polish furniture to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Empty trash containers and ashtrays, maintaining a clutter-free environment.
• Restock minibars with beverages and food items for guest convenience.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including corridors, with attention to detail.
• Report any technical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Update the status of guest rooms on the assignment sheet accurately.
• Return and restock the cleaning cart at the end of your shift.
