A room boy's duties and responsibilities include:
• Cleaning: Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and polishing furniture
• Supply replenishment: Replenishing guest supplies and hotel linen
• Room preparation: Entering the room and preparing it for cleaning
• Room maintenance: Ensuring guest rooms are secure and private
• Room cleaning: Performing rotation cleaning duties, such as spring cleaning, steam cleaning, or super cleaning
• Other duties: Assisting guests, delivering and retrieving items on loan, and reporting issues to the hotel manager
